Are you saying they have doubts with our file? Its first marriage for both of us, only 4 years age difference, same religion, etc. and abundance of proofs of marriage (some not normal proofs either like I sent my canadian forces leave pass when I went for the marriage signed by a high ranking canadian military officer, stating it was for my marriage, another was a newspaper article from Times India when I was interviewed about becoming first woman in Canadian navy to tie turban after fighting for it, and in the interview I mentioned I was marrying him and that was prior to the marriage, plus newspaper congrats etc from after. All this in addition to the standard photos, invitations etc).

not doubts about your file in general if they are having doubts on any file instead of making the couple wait why not just interview them and make the process faster, but who will understand this they just know how to sit behind a desk and take their sweet time, your's is a straight forward case and yet they are taking a long time, i guess they dont care what anyone sends them they will do how they want, either someone sends enough proof or someone desont send any proof, thats like trv some ppl got approved showing less proof and people who showed plenty like us got refused, so no one knows what nvdo does and which order they work on the files

Hi
I need help.
I made a mistake in form imm5669. question6. Been refused refugee status, an immigrant ,trv , visitor visa. Mine visitor visa rejected in 2015 but unintentionally made a mistake. Bt ndvo knew abt my mistake they gave same visitor visa trv now for my spousal application. Wat to do now.

You don't need do anything. Visitor visa refusal had no bearing on PR application unless it's for security/ criminality reason, it may slow down your application a bit once they run the name through their system and see it that it was refused. My wife was refused study visa due to financial reason, we disclosed it, i think that it slowed the application a bit because we didn't seem like a simple case but overall it didn't affect the outcome. Still got PPR in 9 months.

Bunch of Jokers there except few

They know it's a government job and specially in India,so no one going to ask them any question about any file or process or looks like they plays a game by picking some files and let them wait for a year and getting fun that way.

Here in Canada, we can inquire about our file by calling them and they answer very politely but when file reaches India then no clue. We can't call them or can't get any answer. Just wait like a beggar.
Someone posted about rude indian receptionist lady at NDVO office who picks calls and answer rudely.

Also,Canadian government don't care about FSA because they are not getting any direct money from there.

Sorry guys about my frustration. I know, it's a waste of my energy and time here and will not beneficial to my file this way. :(

exactly, nothing ever happens on time in India
the other day i called CIC in Canada and they said if the file was in our hands we could have helped but they couldnt do anything because its at nvdo :s ,

even if we do email nvdo they wont reply back just leave that automatic message, i wish something could have been done, even mp's are not helpful in this

like its so hard for each one of us and when people like them dont help either it just gets so frustrating.

To all those who live in Alberta. If your spouse come on TRV in AB , spouse will get AB Health care for 6 months. So everything will be covered for her/him until 6 months. Very simple process to get health card for visiting spouse. Visit nearest registry with valid passport and address proof.

I though to share if it helps others.

Send a case specific enquiry explaining what you want to convey.
If I were you I would also send a mail with updated form and an explanation letter.

Hey Guys!

Something creepy just happened.
I was checking my application status. Till yesterday it was the same IN PROCESS from Sponsor and PA side with three lines.
When I checked it again today, it's just showing One Line on Sponsor side but it still says IN PROCESS.

Is it just a technical issue or what?
same thing happened to me.......there were 2 lines on my sponsor side......now 2nd line is removed..........
