:-X Hello guyes, I'm march 29 applicant,got passport request on 22 November and submit passport at vfs jallandher on 24.I didn't get passport back after that,when i track my passport it says it is in ndvo for processing : anyone know what time they takes to issue visa. thank you

Something creepy just happened.
I was checking my application status. Till yesterday it was the same IN PROCESS from Sponsor and PA side with three lines.
When I checked it again today, it's just showing One Line on Sponsor side but it still says IN PROCESS.

Is it just a technical issue or what?

On 2nd dec background check is in process.

Hello all:

I used to be active in this group after applying for my Canadian PR in 2009-2010. I did my landing in April 2011. I moved to Canada permanently in Nov 2013. After a bout of unemployment, I am working in Canada now and recently applied for renewal of my PR card.

Any way - got married in 2015 - submitted the application for my wife's PR. As I check the status on CIC website, it says - Application receive on Nov 9th and it is in process.

I guess it is a long wait from now. 18 months as per the CIC website?

I received GCMS notes generated on Nov 17th.
No information at all
Nothing started and no notes except one after June 30th.
My BGC is started on 25 Nov, so that is not mentioned in note.

Note 6 on 14th Nov says
Incoming correspondence flipped from provided to received in bulk. To be reviewed when file is processed.
What this mean???
