If I m not satisfied visa officer than what will happen we have some other Chance or it is last chance ... Very very worried pls help me and prey for me

For how long is the TRV on your husband's Passport?

How often did you get the " Your application has been updated " email from cic do not reply id?

Just trying to get a panic/ not panic timeline set. ;D

My husband submitted PPT yest so we'll see for how long he gets it for.
And yes, I think my husband received email about application updated.

Did you apply for TRV or are you planning to apply?
There is nothing to panic about.
Hope we all receive ppr soon

THANKS DEAR.. although i dont have any red flag, m still worried as my file weightage was around 7kg.. my husband had attached 250 pics of marriage, around 80 pics of engagement and more than 50 pics of honeymoon and many bundles of watsapp and skype history.. i just hope this would not affect my processing in a negative way ???

Hi,

There are a lot of interview experience shared on this forum and also the 2015 spousal forum. So check those out. And as far as I understand, if the relationship is genuine there should be no problem. Just know enough about each other and validate that the marriage is real.

God forbids and you don't satisfy the officer, you can always appeal for the re-processing with a help of a good immigration lawyer here in Canada, I am just answering your question. Don't panic.

Just communicate with the officer with a clam and focus answers that's what my other applicant friends have suggested.

April 26, 2016 - Application Received
May 13, 2016 - AOR for SA
June 22, 2016 - Sponsorship Approved
June 29, 2016 - AOR 2 Received and file transferred to NDVO
Background Check - in progress - November 23, 2016

What is the average time between background check in progress and decision made / PPR??

I did an MP inquiry and NDVO didn't tell him anything other than its 'in process' to determine eligibility. They didn't even tell him the Bg is in progress (though we can see that on his account. We have been on background check in progress since Nov 11 so wondering how long to expect? MP told me it could still be months... but doesn't seem like it's been that long going by people on here. We have waited so long to even get to this point. We applied in January and so many others have gotten full decision made who even applied several months after us. MP did say no red flags though. So I'm not sure why ours is taking so long.
