Hello Everyone!

Need your help to apply online for TRV for my wife.
we applied paper application in October and it got rejected.
planning to reapply online application this time.
we got married in march this year and applied for spouse PR in august in which we already approved for first stage(SA).
Now about TRV online application what supporting document i should provide?
My wife has no work history and she never travelled outside India.
My wife doesn't have any property or anything like that on her name.
So I am not really sure what other documents i can provide for her application.
Anybody in the same situation and got approved for TRV?
Really really need your help!
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello friend, from what i have read on this forum so far, here is what you probably need;
1. If you can purchase a small property in her name, to show she has solid assests
2. Gold bonds or certificates in her name
3. Liquid assests or fixed deposits in her name
4. Bank account with cash flow or deposits in her name
5. Basically making sure that you furnish her ties to India
6. Along with all the forms and supporting docs they are asking for
7. Your papers like invitation letter stating the need for TRV and that she wont over stay her visa or time stamp on her arrival
8. Your bank details, pay slips, company letter and property if you have any here in Canada

Medical result will expire after 2 month on February 11, why it's talking time for such missing file by cic
Really worrying. My spouse and me we are not together. We are missing to eacother too much. Worrying with cic process ..

From the details furnished, looks like u have applied the second time since the file was missing the first time.

The timelines we are seeing are close to 9 months of getting the DM and or PPR request and stamping. So hang in there and please furnish the details in your profile page so that they stay with your login name

A lot of them are mostly case to case basis, if your supporting docs are good then you have a very good chance of getting one

Well the begin with, your justification of keeping of your wife for an extension has to be solid. Something like (god forbid) you are sick and you like her to stay for a while longer, or a wedding or an event which is taking play in the family in Canada and would like her to attend or she cant travel becuz of pregnancy....

If you are not comfortable with all that then, IF AND ONLY IF both of you have a US visa, take a trip like a mini-vacation down south and come back to the border and the officer might stamp another 6 months of stay.

Be sure to add as many docs stating your financial situation, her insurance coverage papers, and that shes financially your responsibility and that she wont be a burden on the Canadian Financial System.

You could also request for her extension for a reason that shes already applied for her PR and that you guys would like to be together to grow together into your marriage.

I am just blabbering now... but you get the drift, right?

OR BEST, wait for someone else to shed light in this matter who has actually done it or know someone who has done it

Hello Friends, I am following this forum recently and I believe this forum is of great help to everyone. I am filling the sponsor forms and I have a couple of questions. Any help is much appreciated.

IMM5540E (Sponsor Questionnaire)- Question 9 says -Are you a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident -
1. On what date - Is this the Landing date which is the Date given on the PR card ?
2. which Canadian Visa office issued your immigrant visa - I have Landed in Toronto - So should I put New Delhi(who has given the Visa) or Toronto (Confirmed once Landed).

Document Checklist:

Point 19: I had worked only for 3 months in 2015 and my salary is around CAD 16000 Gross and I am an employee from then ....
Do I have to select any of the options from point 19 as I am sponsoring my spouse. If so,
I have to Select only the option (a): Evidence of employment income ...

I am surprised how come Manila VO process applications in three months...If we check standard time line they are at 12 months.

Is it ND VO take INDIA as 3rd world poor developed country ? Do ND VO thinks that in India every documents we get from government can be fake ?

What is the point of taking BG processing that long while we do provide Police clearance from police department that shows a person is not criminal.

Does ND VO thinks that Marriage certificates in INDIA in on SALE at every corner of street and anyone can get it ?

Seems to me its Discrimination
