Hi buddy
I assume marriages are registered not in the same way in every state in India.
When I registered my marriage the registrar took the traditional wedding certificate from the church as a reference.
So on my marriage certificate, the date, the venue etc are the same.

I agree, marriages are registered differently.

My marriage falls under Special marriage act. Here, I had to provide a notice of marriage first and after 30 days of notice, I was issued, marriage certificate from Registrar. All system controlled.

However, my Traditional marriage was earlier. My certificate has only one date. The date on which they issued. They did not see my traditional marriage date.
What I am thinking is i will forms with Traditional Date with Marriage certificate(government issued), I will write cover letter, how this date worked out.

I agree with AVP296.

Lived more than 6 months YES, please mention all the address (Home Country + Worked Country) and with correct dates To and From. Visited not required. And if you were on Work Permit in Canada you should send your PCC from Canada too.

Hope this helps Jameee

I was not very clear with my query here, I apologies AVP and AandA.

I am PR here in Canada and I am the Sponsor.

With my Sponsor Questionnaire form (IMM5540E), it ask me to provide details on residence other than Canada?
Here do i need to provide only India as previous place I resided or should I give all places where I lived, worked and Traveled?

(I guess, as PR of Canada, I am not suppose to provide any PCC only my Spouse)

no need to apologies.

yes, you need to indicate all the address you have lived in the past.
you don't the PCC for that. since you are the sponsor., but read the detail of the question. it normally says the past 10-15 years.

I have provided only 3 address, 2 canadian and 1 indian. no Police clearance required.

nothing changed on my application.

Eligibility review still in progress and not moved anywhere.

Yeah.. I guess, NDVO is trying to clear all backlogs from 2015 applicants rather than moving with the new applicants. That sounds fair, but just not sure how some jan-apr applicants got PPRs. I guess now they stopped for 2016 since 3 weeks and now working on 2015 files. Lets hope for the best. :)

They tried new fast track process on new applicants from jan to aprl ...lucky they are

I (a sponsor) moved 5 time within Canada before becoming a citizen. So I sent them all the five address and the time line.

You said " Here do i need to provide only India as previous place ?" - Yes Indian & Canada ( within the last 10 years )

Hope this helps.
