Hey Folks,

Just wanted to share a small good news with you guys.
My wifes TRV got approved in the second attempt.

Applied on 20 October
Approved on 1st November
First attempt was rejected based on Ties in Country of residence, Personal Assets and Travel History.

I addressed this with the below
Bought a new car in her name in India
Took a car loan in her name
Showed gold evaluation certificates
Travel history – wrote an affidavit that she will return back.
I hope this helps some of us who had TRV rejections.

I am in the same boat. I just got the medical received last week. My file was acknowledged by NDVo on May 2, 2016. We have the similar timeline.

I just looked at your application file, it was in 2014 and spouse landed in Sep 2016.. wow.. that's a long time..
