Yes, we have a very similar timeline and we will get Visas in a few days difference one after the other as soon as they start working on it.
File transfer in Aug means file was transferred over to NDVO for further work to be done.

And i also have a question that are you able to link your application on the GC account?

Question 3 on section C, my spouse must fill requester's information. Is that true

Yes the requester who is ordering the notes filled and signed as representative in section C


Section A- should be signed by principle applicant like for whom the information is requested means if the spouse is residing in India and you being sponsored to Canada must fill and signed the section A..


Section B - not applicable

Section C- by the sponsor means the PR / citizen of cabada Who is applying for the notes ...yes the requester must fill section C and signed as representative..

Just wanted to share a small good news with you guys.
My wifes TRV got approved in the second attempt.

Applied on 20 October
Approved on 1st November
First attempt was rejected based on Ties in Country of residence, Personal Assets and Travel History.

I addressed this with the below
Bought a new car in her name in India
Took a car loan in her name
Showed gold evaluation certificates
Travel history – wrote an affidavit that she will return back.
I hope this helps some of us who had TRV rejections.

Got it done from a Private bank.
SBI dont offer that service.
Self Evaluation is also possible by taking pictures, ~ weight etc.

When was the first attempt made ? did u apply for sponsorship after that ? Did you provide sponsorship approval and AOR2 with your application? did you declare dual intent ?

First attempt was in July 2016.
Yes I did provide SA.
And I did declare Dual Intent.

I applied twice before sponsorship application in march and april and got rejected gone try my luck this time, thinking of applying end of this week.
