Finally heard something from them even though they asked for more documents but at least now I know my file has been opened.
They've asked me for more photos, originally I had provided around 50 photos.
Now I've sent them around 200 more and hoping for a quick reply, I sent them the photos within 10 days of them asking for it.

I only submitted 25 photos lol. lets see what they ask me....
good to know, I will stay prepared.

Only 35 pics ...i guess they are well too short for them because all they look for loopholes to hang in application in between and buy some time to jump over irrationally. Hope they don't ask for it but you should have shared more at the first place. I submitted close to 100 pics initially and again submitted more than 175 this time as long as they are satisfied. I know they trashed all of them very soon but it's what it's ???

my first sponsor, I only submitted 10 or so photos. so I am not sure what different does it make from 10 to 200+ photos.

If my wife is here on visit visa, would I get the IT return benefit for her as a dependent, or only work permit/pr are eligible for IT return benefit? Anyone has any experience with this, or heard about this?

or cross border by mistake saying you took wrong turn and enter back in Canada and get another 6months stamp. heheh

No idea. My PR is at Background Check. I hope it gets cleared.

You can surely call CRA and let them know about your change in status from Single to Married and give them your date of marriage. Now about the tax savings for having a dependent, not sure if you can claim it yet without a SIN. Call CRA and they should be able to answer this, if not, make an appointment with H&R and see what they have to say.
