I filed online visitor on 19th Oct 10.20 PM EST. The approval letter came on 22 OCT 2 Am EST.
She deposited passport on MOnday and was sent back on Friday.

Considering this, I strongly believe your PR's eligibility has a strong influence on visitor visas

Yes. a piece of land was purchased for this purpose. I also booked a full journey ticket for the same

My wife's file got transferred from mississauga to delhi 7th September 2016. So far i got sponsor approval. but Delhi people haven't generate her UCI yet? Does anyone know how long it will take? Or anyone in the same case please reply?
