No, you can send by courier direct to NDVO to their address and on email the one shared earlier with you. Send also throught case specific query (CSE).

I really feel sorry for the guys who applied last year and still waiting on the status. that is just ridiculous.


also the news about the quota. can someone confirm on that?
I am leaning towards believing that there is a quota of some sort but not 100% on what it is.

I got email as acknowledge of receipt of my application. They asked for RPRF and I paid it online. Do I have to send this by mail also ? and If I have to, should I send to CPC or NDVO?

I've tried from all the ways..still can't link actually i got my surname changed on my passport. Eventhough my representative got it updated with cic, I dont see any change in my surname when i check through ecas. But I've been trying all the ways to get my application linked with GCKey.

definitely (jan feb march april) 2016 are the luckiest applicants. They got approved in 4.5 months or less. Again not all jan feb march april got dm and ppr. I wish they get dm and ppr soon.

for may 2016 applicants it's already 5 months passed and not even started.

I'd say only April applicants got that and some Feb. Most Jan - Feb are still waiting with files not even opened since they arrived to NDVO. I am a 15 Jan applicant, and nothing has been done (file not even opened) since it arrived in NDVO on 21 March.
