I've tried from all the ways..still can't link actually i got my surname changed on my passport. Eventhough my representative got it updated with cic, I dont see any change in my surname when i check through ecas. But I've been trying all the ways to get my application linked with GCKey.

If you are using a representative, you cant link your application via gckey. but your representative can

Finally heard something from them even though they asked for more documents but at least now I know my file has been opened.
They've asked me for more photos, originally I had provided around 50 photos.
Now I've sent them around 200 more and hoping for a quick reply, I sent them the photos within 10 days of them asking for it.

Yeah, I was finally able to see "one application found" line. But I cant link bcz of the representative.

that is ridiculous. are they going to judge the relationship over some photos now..

that shows how smart they are.. LOL in the digital world anything is possible right.. we all agree on that.

Lol, its more to study the genuinity of the application, more photos like gatherings, parties, events, ceremony, you can doctor a pic for two or more people but not an entire crowd of invitees, I have only sent 35 pics, hope they dont ask for more

They are also trained how to catch fake from real photos...all of the immigration officers have special training and also they possess technologies helping them.

Really I hope NDVO wakes up soon.

I have sent them 250 along with file. I though its good to send more pics rather than sending less and create a doubt.
