Eligibility Review is still in progress( and am not sure "BG initiated" means anything or not). Plus processing dates doesn't have any pattern as many April applicants have got PPR.

I have been seeing DM on sponsor side.

What does it mean and how to see this. Bcs I can only log in via Application number.

Good to see some progress happening. Brings lot of hope for people on thie forum.

This pain is worth bearing, since it mentions clearly on your certificate (not atleast in my case), there are chances that VO may request you authenticated one. So I would suggest you take this pain and file your application correctly to avoid hassle at later stages

Thanks May. I wonder why my certificate has this. Some other people i know have the same. The problem is i have to be physically present along with spouse before registrar who then sends it to MEA. And you need to send the original. i don't know if anyone with the stamp has gone through all of that.

Guys,

Whoever are seeing decision made on 'Sponsorship Application Status' has nothing to cheer about as it was for principal applicant approval (means your spouse who holds PR and living in Canada) and not for us waiting for DM from NDVO. It seems like you all just noticed this thing today but it has been there for quite long at least in my case. Alternatively, if you cross check it with CIC.gc.ca and if it reflects either Decision Made under "Review of eligibility" or Background check started under "A background check is needed" then you can assume you are going to hear some positive news soon. Otherwise, it is normal system update.

Same in my case.
Decision Made at Sponsor Side got reflected when file was transferred to NDVO.

Any Feb 2016 applicant got BG in progress?
Also, whats the completed status for review of eligibility?
How much time it takes normally from in progress to completed.
