I finally got he application linked (somehow they had his full name under surname) anyway we applied in Jan and according to this they have not done anything?? They are still trying to figure out if he he is even eligible? It's been since 21 Mar that we got AOR2 for NDVO that's 5 months and they have not even figured out if he is eligible yet? Many Others have decision made already who applied even 2 months after we did! So should we be worried???? It doesn't look they did anything at all since they got his application in New Delhi in March! I am really worried now...

Don't worry, its shows same for everyone

The thing is, many people who applied long AFTER we did have decision made. They should never have jumped the line. Right on CIC website it says applications are supposed to be processed in ORDER RECEIVED. So how did these people who never applied until March were processed first and now have decision made, ahead of us who applied long before? Now we have to wait that much longer again? Its been 7 months since we applied in January. I expected SOMETHING to have been completed on his application. But it appears that nothing at all was done since they received it in March.

At this point it seems like those were lucky cases who got approved faster and all of us are still waiting. There are many ppl from Jan - Mar still waiting and I am one of them....so keep the faith and hopefully NDVO catches 2015 files faster so ours can be done faster as well....

NDVO should act fast now
We can all write emotional quotes here but i dont think 2016 any better than 2015 going

Hmmm....gonna be tough in that case i guess

Not really, they try to make it tough though
if u read appeal thread, that enlightens one
-vo sometimes make up story themselves to refuse cases (assuming people on appeal thread did not lie!)
- judges are more compassionate and listen to u
-cic likes immigrants from india, china, phillpines....or places where work ethics strong
- even if have genuine case, paper work and supporting documents are must

cic guys are human too, nothing harsh or tough case. just go there and prove it
