hey guys
why dont we start a PETITION about promise made by liberals in their campaign to process files within six months. or was it a clear lie from liberals just to get votes from people.WAS IT A LIE to process files within 6 months.
even it they say we dont have much resources then at least they can provide visitor visa to our partners abroad so that we can spend some time together .
other countries such as Australia, New Zealand provide visitor visa to spouses immediately after their marriage.
Is it so hard to provide visitor visa whose PR file is already under process i.e. all required documents submitted.
why they are increasing separation time instead of decreasing.

other points are welcome here.

Agree with this.

Yes Bro!, that should really help us. My main concern is, at least let them provide the TRV, if they cant process PR soon.

Background check is the final steps in finalizing the application and according to current trends it takes any time from 1 to 6 months from the date it is initiated. ..the time interval is different for different applications

After linking my profile background check shows in progress .
As m may 2015 applicant there are many applicants like us waiting for ppr.
So be strong 2016 applicants

Hi All,

I am finally able to link the application with myCIC profile. I am sponsor and representative.

Just wanted to let all of you know. My wife birth city/ town is Kolkata. I was entering Kolkata on page but not working.

I checked GCMS notes and in there Place of Birth is mentioned as Kolkata West Bengal. (No comma in between, just space). And it worked.

I suggest you all try entering state name as well..

Thanks for ur reply but my lawyer said we should expect the processing time to be around 18 months eventhough ppl r getting visa issued in 7-9 months because of my earlier refusal they might doubt the genuineness of our marriage .

Which earlier refusal ?

I agree. And I suggest we create a generic petition not just specific to NDVO. This way there will be many more supporters to the petition. We need at least 500 to make an impact.

It seems NDVO is cleaning very old and complicated cases.
I saw in 2014 forum that 2 cases where fingerprint scanning and interviews were required, were cleared today.
I hope they come out fast of these cases. in 2015, most of the people have got so I hope they should reach us soon

But for that 500 applicants should be there those who applied for family spousal visa.

I hate this

We are living in a foreign land. we cannot have much say in their policies.

I made a stupid decision to study abroad when i had no need for it. I really regret leaving my homeland and now i am paying the price with my life.

Sorry i don't agree with you here.

Canada has given us everything, equal rights everything that a citizen born here get.

just because one system is slow , it does not mean everything is bad or our decisions are wrong

its our choice that we made , i still love the decision that i came here , and proud to be here.

India is good country we born and brought up there, but this country also have given us a lot so deserve equal respect as well

i cannot conclude that if just spouse sponsor process is not fast , then everything is bad

i don't think Canada is foreign land we are PR/Citizens of this country

with all due respect to yourthinking, but sorry i don't agree with it
thanks
