What if CIC has asked for applicant's PCC. How much time after that?

Hi Guys

My wife got her passport back on May 16th and she will be travelling to Toronto this Sunday Could any one in this forum, please let us about PR landing process and what things we can take. What about jewellery? If any one has any suggestions/forum about how a new immigrant can plan their first travel then that would be awesome!

No, they don't send originals back, that's why they ask for copies or certified copies.

They used to send till a few months back. May be they have stopped it now.

Congratulation !!
Your wife needs to carry the COPR, passport and filled B4 form with the list of items she is carrying (like electronics, jewelry, etc.) or will carry later. She can carry as much as she wants. There is no limit for the first time. Only thing is she has to list everything on the B4 form. In addition if there are items that will follow her or she will carry in her next trip, then she also has to declare them now. It is also a good idea to carry photos of the items that she will carry later in case they want to see them.

Also she need to own anything she brings in for 6 months. Produce receipts for that.

AOR2/DM/PPR: Hopefully Sooooon!!

Been watching this thread and other 2016 threads for the past 3 weeks!

Great to see that NDVO has picked up pace this year!

And I'm pleasantly surprised to see super fast processing for Vikram and Rsghotra !! Congrats both!!

yes me too waiting for DM, applied on 26th Feb 2016 still shows in process, its first marriage straight forward case.
