Dear friends,
As of proof of maintaining contact with my wife, I am attaching the call history from my calling card account, which shows all the calls I made to the number she is using from my phone number for the past few months.

The SIM for the phone number that my wife was using was actually gifted to her by one of her family members few years ago. Even though, the SIM number was not on her name, she had been using this SIM for a long long time. I found out that her Adhaar card shows this number as well. So, I am thinking of attaching a copy of her Adhaar card as a proof that she is the current owner of her number, which would be in consistent with my calling card history that shows her number.

My question is that her Adhaar card shows her name with her last initials first, and then followed by her first name.

Does this create any issues?

Please let me know what you think.

Thank you so much.

Its absolutely fine.. I have also used call details from calling card and gave that contact number in the PA form as contact number.

Thank you for your response.

But, my question is more about whether having last initials first on a Government issued document would be of any help or cause any issues? All her certificates (like birth, passport, marriage etc.) shows her full name in the order (First name followed by Last name), but her Adhaar card shows her Last initials first followed by her first name.

HI Guys, What is the size of envelope to send the Sponsor application + Applicant's Application to CPC-M? Considering that its 2 to 3 inches in height and carries around 300+ Pages.

It doesn't matter....don't worry about it. If you want peace of mind than do a affidavit stating that both names are of same person. I did that when my wife's name was different on pan card.

my passport expiring this December

Re-new your passport & add ur spouse name in that. Then send the photocopy of your new passport with updated info to ndvo
Mention your UCI or application number while sending so that it is easy for them to stick with you file

Since that I already received my wife's application here, I guess that I am not worrying about it.

But, I had another question now. For "IDENTITY AND CIVIL STATUS DOCUMENTS", it asks for my wife's

- Birth and/or baptism certificate
- old school records (Fifth class, Middle standard and Matriculation certificate)
- Marriage certificate or
- Other proof such as an old ration card and Voter’s ID card.

She has sent me her following documents, which I plan to submit:
- Birth certificate (showing her full name in the correct order)
- SSLC certficate (showing her first name followed by last name initials)
- Marriage certificate (showing her full name in the correct order)
- Adhaar card and Voter ID (showing her last name initials followed by first name, with the address on Adhaar card and Voter ID same as the one mentioned on her PR form).

Would this be an issue to have names like this (for example, her SSLC, Adhaar card and Voter Id does not carry full name, and the order is a bit different too as you noticed)?

I guess it's too late for me to have her do affidavit and courier me again.

What do you guys think? Please let me know.

Thanks much friends.
Good day.

Another question:
On my wife's birth certificate, the date of registration is same as her birthday and year. But the issuing date is in February this year. I am thinking this will not be considered as "registered late". Or is it because the issuing date is in this year?
So, for her "Identify and Civil status" documents, I am thinking of just submitting her birth certificate, marriage certificate and as a secondary proof, her SSLC certificate. I hope this will suffice.

Any inputs?
