CIC Received package 15 Jan.
03 March I received letter saying I am eligible to be a sponsor.
So it took only 1.5 months instead of the stated 2 for the sponsor part.
(I knew I would pass that part as I am Canadian government employee myself!)

Now, I have heard mixed times for applicant from New Delhi. My Mother works with two Indians who had their spouse fully PR in 6 months and 9 months. The online stated timeline for Outcan is 17 months. Both of the two who work with my Mother, they were Outcan applications.
Does anyone else have any real world timelines to get an average?? I have trouble believing it's actually still 17 months total, especially since Trudeau said he would get more people working on family class applications!

Hi what was the applicant year because as per 2015 thread nothing works or move before 9months minimum. Your spouse is from Delhi, my wife is also from Delhi.

My husband is actually from Srinagar Kashmir, not Delhi but his file is going through Delhi.

Hello my fellow January applicants

Did anyone from NDVO get an update on the Ecas (IN PROCESS IN BOTH THE COLUMNS) or an AOR 2 ??

Please do keep on updating here

Not yet.

Hmmm 11 months is still way better than the quoted 17 LOL I'm going back to India all July. If that works out then he might have PR by Oct-Nov timeframe.

I am worried though because at 40 (I'll be 41 in Sept) we don't have a LOT of time left to think about having a child. The longer we are kept apart the less likely we will ever have one. ANd we'd like one. I'm staying all Jul in India. So that's essentially one attempt. But it sometimes takes up to a year! But if we have to wait till after he gets PR, then I'll be going on 42 and the chances are not good. I wish he could get a Visitor Visa in mean time. Wonder if CIC would consider that a humanitarian reason LOL. Really though... I don't want to adopt another person's child. I want my own!

Are you a PR or Canadian Citizen? You may know this already, but if you are a PR, you must stay in Canada for the entire duration of processing of the application. Small vacations like 2-3 weeks is ok but anything more than that may cause problems with your application.

What is the email id from which one gets an AOR1 and SA?

Hello folks!!

My timelines are on the left. I am trying to login to ECAS using my UCI # which I had got when I became a PR last year under FSW.

Until before I filed for my wife's PR, I could access ECAS, but ever since I cannot.

Can someone kindly guide me as to why I cannot access, and if others are able to, what details did they input differently, to be able to log-in.

Cheers!

What's the error message that you receive when failed to login? That would shed some light and probably will help answer your question.

Dear Applicants,

I have added a new column in the spreadsheet and named it "AOR New Delhi Visa Office". This column you will need to put the date when you receive a letter from Canadian High commission at New Delhi.

Good Luck,

Officer

Hmm.. Interesting.
Sorry, I don't have any idea.

Apart from one silly question..

Is it possible, that you had your UCI # saved on the browser from the last time, and the first drop down is still set to "Identification number" instead of UCI (as it will always be Identification number unless manually changed to UCI.

*Again, it could be just me trying to overthink.. lol. So ignore if the above sounds gibberish.

Hello guys,
So finally we have sent the application for my husband, CIC should receive it by Friday.
Hope the processing time becomes less this year....
