Guys i got aor2 sent to wrong email ... It was sent from new delhi office i had used tht email in previous visa appplication ... But in spousal i req email to be forwarded somewhere else ... I email delhi office is there anything else i can do .. Should i call cic

Every paper you send to Visa Officer will have either positive or negative reflection towards future application...

They will reject the TRV because you haven't filed her sponsorship. First file your sponsorship papers. Once you get AOR2 then apply for TRV.

You can take a risk . I have my colleague whose wife got the Visitor visa . She came and filed Spouse sponsorship within Canada . She got Work Permit while her PR is in Process . Risk worth taking .

yes ,after a spouse is able to come on visitor visa, the person can file inland application and will get work permit as per new CIC program where all inland spouse applicants get open work permit if they apply for it .

Court Marriage for Spouse Sponsor

Hello,


I have PR and my Gf is in India. I want to do court marriage and apply for her spouse sponsorship.
1. Is it possible to have court marriage, her name changed on passport?

I want to do court marriage and when she will be about to receive her PR and I want to traditional marriage. Please guys help me if anyone has any idea. My main motive is to bring her to Canada ASAP after traditional marriage.

If anyone has did the same share their views

How long does AOR 2 takes ? can we apply after Aor 1 ?

AOR2 usually takes about 2 weeks to a month but keep in mine some people have known not to receive their AOR2

They will reject the TRV because you haven't filed her sponsorship. First file your sponsorship papers. Once you get AOR2 then apply for TRV.

If the applicant has good travel history, strong financial papers, strong reason for invitation and strong ties like a job in India then there is a possibility of TRV approval. Filling Sponsorship can be an additional strong reason for TRV approval.

I think It is little difficult as there are lot of question in spouse questionnaire where they ask for documentary proof of marriage functions and if there are no functions as in your case , they would ask for rational reasons for not having any ceremonies .

They take court marriages as potential cases of fraud . Possible that the spouse will be called for interview in such case .

Well thanks for all the good information people. Currently, i am just trying to get her sponsorship documents together and its taking some time. But meanwhile i wanna make sure i get together other documents that are required for TRV. Only problem is her not having a job. But will keep everyone updated. Thankyou.

That is so lame but true, any fraud marriage will definitely take care of all the stuff that they need.

But this is how its supposed to be and this is how we do it to possibly avoid any future problems with the application.
