hmm thanks really appreciate im worry bcz im 23 march applicant nd i saw fis same 23 march applicant got background check in process bt in my case dnt even get my medical updation on ma medical field in my cic not needed at this time ..

Go do MP inquiry, you will be surprised, they have prolly already done work on your file. I was told that my file was in queue for eligibility review by MP. I was really disappointed that after 9months file was still in eligibility but two days after MP inquiry, the background check went into progress..

How long for PPR?

There are guys in the 2015 group with DM for over a month and are being told that PPR can come anytime between now and march 2017. Only immigration minister can tell you, he's in India at the moment, my advice is to Facebook or tweet him, to ask why people are waiting after DM for PPR. I tweeted him to inquire. You can do the same his twitter handle is @HonJohnMcCallum and you can search him on Facebook.

Is the principal applicant out of country, like living in Canada with he spouse, I wonder if that has an effect.

I don't know the reason but they are not issuing aany ppr now a days but hope you get it soon...

My background check went to in process on 14th Oct

It's sad don't know what are they doing with our files ...few days ago BG check is just completed within 2-3 days...now they are taking so long..hope we get ppr soon ...

I hope so brother. My wife is coming on 12th December on trv. However, if she gets ppr now, she will travel on pr which is much better
