Its all on luck the reason being, the visa officer who reivews file, they can be ass!!!!

I think the reason for Rashu TRV approval is because the application is at final stage. I have seen this happening during May 2016. Many got TRV and PR passport requests same time. That is because their application were at final stage.

I too second your opinion. I hope we get PPR soon as her rights as a visitor are limited

I was worried about the same thing. they work for Canada, so there should not be any holiday during the diwali festival.
but it doesn't work like that. and we don't have any say in this. even through we pay their salaries one way or another..

I applied 12 Feb 2016, Exactly 8 months yesterday, I had applied for GCMS notes in September, received then two days ago. They were printed on 15 Sep 2016 and they were exactly the same as when I had ordered them in June. The officer has not even accessed the file since march, all of the updates in GCMS notes date back to march. Its so confusing. Like how do they even work. What do they even do up at NDVO. Its so frustrating, I am thinking of doing an MP Inquiry next week.

In your GCMS notes, is it showing recommend interview in eligibility section?
