Feb 9th app received. Cant link to CIC cause I have a representative. No hope for PR.

Guys... Just out of curiosity... Wanted to check... We don't need IELTS for spousal sponsorship right??? Someone just said something on this and it came up as a surprise. I don't think we need that right?? It might be a dumb question too..

2 days back Sponsorship application status changed to decision made. Anybody who got this status change first and after that got PR application status decision made in gap of few days/weeks? Just curious. I am Feb 24, 2016 applicant.
