Hello everyone,
I am 14 oct 2016 applicant.i got passport request on 23 may 2017.
I just submitted my passport vfs office this monday 29 may 2017.
any one know how long to take passport back????

I received an AOR1 yesterday and my wife received an email of AOR1 today morning with application details. In this email there is an attached PDF and in that PDF they have mentioned about the application details and file numbers.
They have also mentioned about this;
" For your application, we have identified that there are documents which are missing and we will request. Please take time to link your application so that we can quickly and efficiently ask for the documents, and you can quickly and efficiently submit them digitally. If you have not linked your application to an online account within 7 calender days, we will send you an email to which you will be asked to respond via regular mail. This will deilays into the processing of your application."

what documents they will ask? or if it mean our application is incomplete? please guide!

Create a gckey account......they tell u which document they asking abt....its good they asking through online....go head...and link ur account with gckey.....it will easy to forward ur document online .....or it will take time to regular mail....link u r application right away....

Thanks for assisting. We have already created a GC key account and linked our application. We are just not sure what documents are missing or if it is they are pointing to PCC (police clearance certificate) and schedule A?

I got my GCMS notes. Under Eligibility, NDVO has updated the status "RECOMMEND PASSED" and assigned it to Mississauga office. Security - Not Started, Criminality - In Progress, Medical - In Progress. There is also a Activity heading under Criminality which said "RCMP Screening - Fingerprints Required".

Did someone else see these statuses in GCMS notes? Its June and there is still no update.

I am myself struggling a bit here. I ahve not submitted my passport yet. I have sent a mail to the visa officer stating that i dont live in India and it was clearly mentioned in my appication. I am currently waiting for the reply and will submit my passport then. WIll keep you posted. thanks.
