Just wondering does anyone has idea how long it will take from here:

My online ecas account has two lines as following:

We received your application for permanent residence on April 22, 2016.
We started processing your application on June 21, 2016. Cry Cry Cry


I have already paid the fee and done the medical. Should I be expecting DM anytime soon.

My VO is New Delhi.

You nee to send a case specific enquiry to your local vo if ur file already transfered or to cpc m thats how i fixed it...or call cic agent last time and they willl try to see if it is a technical error from their part or u putting wrong credentials

Hmmm interesting analogy. I don't think you will see more PPR for 2016 application by July 10 because NDVO is still working on processing 2015 app.

My theory is that staff that worked on 2016 applicants was completely different than the one processing 2015 files. I believe CIC reshuffled them to Middle East from May 10 to June 20 to process privately sponsored refugees. Now, I believe CIC has reshuffled them back to ndvo for spousal files and we'll see results of this in 2-3 weeks. CIC released press release on June 13 saying they'll expedite spouse files. It is common for minister to say it to appease people but when CIC itself says without being prompted, I believe they mean business.

Again, all of this is my theory and I don't expect everyone to believe it.

There is no reason not to believe it and i see a few updates pretty soon....

Just got AOR today(June 25,2016)
File received by cic on June 9,2016 and visa office is New Delhi.

NDVO very very slow... no updates on 2016 applicants anymore... I ordered my notes again, hopefully will get some new information.
