My application date is April 20, 2016. I have received my AOR from CPC-M on 10 May. However, I still cannot check my ECAS. Can anybody let me know if this is normal? Is there anyone facing this problem? What is the process to rectify this?

I just received my AOR2 from NDVO yesterday (June 21) but the processing was started May 24. They mailed it to me in Canada than e-mailing it. Just incase anyone still waiting for AOR2, u might get it one month after in the mail.

That is strange. The CIC application form says if you give them your email, they won't use regular mail. I got my SA approval letter from CPC-M by regular mail April 22. Acknowledge of receipt from NDVO came by email on May 2.

It will take some time, after SA you should be able to access it.
