June 1st applicant, no response even after submitting the additional doc more than a month ago...

Only 40 days left for the medical to expire.. Did MP inquiry only to find out that they received the documents on Mar 2nd (I sent them on Feb 6th)

I am really worried now.. no idea what should I do.. Should I make my husband do another MP inquiry??

I am in same boat.....

My additional documents were received by NDVO on march 3 2017.....

on March 9 2017.....my "BG in Progress".....

Hi,
All files are different, NDVO is trying to complete files within 12 months. Some lucky files are done quick in 4-5 months and some have been taking 7-10 months. NDVO says they work on files in date order as they receive them but if a file takes longer it just gets put back into processing. Lets hope we hear something soon!! Good luck!

Definitely give it a try, it doesn't affect your sponsorship application at all. I have a feeling you might hear something before May, I hope so anyway You might want to consider ordering notes, it shows everything done on your application since the day they received your file. The sponsor can order, I believe it only costs $5/10, you order them on line and get them in a month or so.

Well, do not worry... as they generally do not let anyone's medical expire..
wait for a week and still yu don't receive anything then comtact MP again and also tell them thst med is gng to expire soon so make it a priority..

What are the next processing steps by NDVO??
I am not able to link my application online though I tried in many ways.

Also, I wud like to advice to yu to follow the other Feb 2017/March 2017 threads of this forum, because that vl give yu perfect idea of the 2017 file processing status..

Again, i wud say it is too early to expect anything.. as 2016 files are processing..

As yu hv rep, yu cant go for gckey..
Now, there are only 2 options left..
1- Mp enquiry
2- Order GCMS

Go for both of them and find out what's gng on..

1) We received application for permanent residence on August 4, 2016.
2) We started processing application on October 25, 2016.

3) Medical results have been received.


third line got updated today, what you guys think? how much time will it take from today onwards? (though we submitted medical at the same time we filed the case)

Well, do not listen to rep..
yu urself can also apply for GCMS notes.. so yu apply it by your own..
And it DO NOT delay your process.. so do not worry..
Infact yu vl come to know wats gng on with your file..
Apply asap, as it takes 30days to get..( & m sure yu already have lost patience to wait).
