Hi

I have applied in Sept 2016 and my file moved to new Delhi by Nov9. I see you have been active in the forum.

Do you see any progress in the speed of the overall process. I see Aug applicants started to get response from the application. Is it a positive signs for sept applicants? Do you think it might be sensible to start expecting from next month for sept applicants .

I am new to the forum and havent followed this threads very much. I am just asking your opinion,

Application recieved- 7th Feb 2017
Application num - 23rd Feb
Sponsorship approval- Mar 2nd - Asked to resubmit BG declaration
File transfered to NDVO - Mar 14

What happens next?? Please answer if any body knows..

Hi,
Dependant child procedure is almost same as the spousal sponsorship..
Now NDVO will work on your file and yu have wait for their comments/mails..
Meanwhile, yu can link your application and keep a watch over your daughter's applicantion..

PS: I hope yu have submitted the BG Declaration form..

I submitted BG decln again.
What are the next processing steps by NDVO??
I am not able to link my application online though I tried in many ways.
Can anybody is facing the same issue??

Hi,
All files are different, NDVO is trying to complete files within 12 months. Some lucky files are done quick in 4-5 months and some have been taking 7-10 months. NDVO says they work on files in date order as they receive them but if a file takes longer it just gets put back into processing. Lets hope we hear something soon!! Good luck!

All files are different, NDVO is trying to complete files within 12 months. Some lucky files are done quick in 4-5 months and some have been taking 7-10 months. NDVO says they work on files in date order as they receive them but if a file takes longer it just gets put back into processing. Lets hope we hear something soon!! Good luck!
