no remedical yet
waiting and waiting

mp said they will send us remedical and after that they will give us visa

any idea which can help us to move file from registry to working ?

please reply

I think there is no possible way except MP enquiry and gcms note to find to about your file which is you already did
I suggest you to do MP enquiry again and mention about privious enquiry

Hi
It's not a problem, u need to put ur spouse last name or dob instead of yours details. then only u can able to see both SA & PR status.

As more people seem to get PPR here than the older threads, I am posting my question here:

My wife received PPR letter today! As she used to live in Canada with me during the process, NDVO has asked us to either submit the passport at VFS, India or to CPC-Ottawa. But we currently live in USA and even updated our address with NDVO (reflected online as well). There is no option provided to submit the passport to a visa office in USA. Does anyone know what I shall do or have seen similar case discussed in this forum?

As I still frequent between US and Canada and still have a mailing address in Canada, can I submit my wife's passport to CPC-Ottawa with a Canadian mailing address return envelope even if my wife is physically in USA? Concerns here are if she has to pick up the passport in person or called for interview or CPC-Ottawa delays passport stamped visa for any reason.

Any suggestions are much appreciated!

Congratulations to everyone who got PPR!!! :-) Have a great life ahead! And this gives us all a lot of hope for this week! Saw 3-4 PPRs today! Hope all the 2015 people hear soon.

Hi All,

Is there anyone from Nov 2015, who is waiting on their application to be processed?
I applied on 25th Nov, and nothing after AOR in Jan 2016.

Hoping for best.

Thanks,
pRanay.

I heard from my MP last week stating that the file is in queue for final review. What does that mean and how long does it take for final review? Should we anticipate a PPR soon? We finally got our third line showing up on e-cas saying medical results have been received by CIC. Any responses would be appreciated.

Hi db80,

You can either email them back or go through an MP and get them to change where the stamping happens (i.e. USA). You can ask them to do that. But yeah if you do not want to let them know that you are now living in the States and not Canada then it would be better to get it sent to the Canadian address and get the stamping done in Ottawa.

I wouldn't say I'm new but a quite keen observer of this forum.

I filed my application in Nov 2015 and the background check hasn't started yet (based on what I see after I linking my application)
