I am sponser and my husband is principle applicant in Gujarat and we both are divorced but I have court divorce decree and my husband have notarised divorce deed so cic will ask divorce decree from court or not.

What,s ur time line?
Notarized divorced deed is not a legal doc for immigration purpose.
Ur husband has to apply for legal divorced decree in family court with support of notarized devo deed.
U can take advised from good standing lawyer.

Hi there,

How do you link your spousal application on GCKey account? When I enter all the required information, it shows as "no applications" to link.

Also,

My application to sponsor my wife has been submitted since August 2015 and I have not received any updates since September 2015 (year ago). Re-medical was done in June 2016.

follow this post i posted a while back in another group. see if it works for you.

Can anyone tell me how long it will take to get PPR after that. Also, is there any letter they will send that what dicission they have made.

Hello All,

I am applying for my Wife (Family Class Sponsorship) staying outside of Canada. I want to know the form that need to be filled by my Wife and Me. Can you please Categories the forms separately? Which are the common forms that we need to filled by both of us?

Note: The Visa Office will be New Delhi Once the document is processed in Mississauga.

Hello Mansengh,
Can you please tell me what your timeline is. Usually it takes anywhere around 4 to 6 weeks. In some cases it may take as much as 3 months.
 
Any October applicants hear anything positive?
 
Hello Guys my wife landed on SEP 10th. Landing process was smooth. Just general questions asked, like if she has been here before and if we have any kids? Thats all. Good Luck Everyone.

I am also October 2015 applicant , But there has been no updates and any emails that I have received except for the sponsorship side DM
. If any one knows that they have started October files or what months are they working on !!! thanks
 
Hello all,
My application was received on Sept 23 2015. Its will be 1 year soon, I am planning to make an ECAS (Case specific Enquiry) Since we are Outland applicant I am still before the normal processing time.

Can I make an enquiry now ?? Or do I have to wait for 1 year to complete

Secondly, I want to make an Enquiry with our MP. My current address has changed although our mailing address is still the same. Is it OK for me to process with the MP Enquiry ?? Hope Changing Job and address wont cause a problem while visiting MP.
