I checked ECAS and it shows decision made today for us too. I checked MyCIC and it says background check is "in progress". Hopefully its a delay in processing. Cant wait for the passport request.

I have IM-1 visa with single entry. Am in canada.
Can I do flagpole at rainbow bridge(Niagra falls border) ?
Immigration officer forgot to send me through the immigration process when I arrived in Toronto airport and my landing formalities did not happen at that time.

This is absolutely weired. If the officer forgot it you should have asked for it.
Anyway, since your visa is of single entry only which you utilized already. Going out of the country is not a good option so I suggest call CIC and schedule an appointment with a local CIC office. Go there and complete your formalities

I am 29th April, 2015 applicant. Additional docs were sent on 20th April,2016. Re-medical done on 4th April, 2016.
Medical passed.
I did MP inquiry 2 times. Background check/Criminality/Security are not started yet.

Its been over 120 days since re-medical.
I don't know, what to do next?

Please help. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
