hi pgu we did not apply for d notes yet. during the processing time my spouse changed d job which v have nt updated to cic. now the wry is dat for applin for notes dey ask sponser's job details dats y we hav not applied it...evn today one of d june applicants hav got DM. who did remed. on 3rd aug. 2016 ....M happy for dem But y d hell cic cant c us waiting since more dan 2 mnths aftr remedical

Hi, there is no need to inform CIC about job change,m only if there is a change in relation (like pregnancy, divorce/separation) needs to be updated. Just apply notes ASAP

and to all applicants who already touched 12 months must apply notes that will give you idea if there is any red flag in your file.

I have had 3 different communications from NDVO. 2 of them were through post letter and 1 was E-mail ( which was incomplete ) and then received that same incomplete E-mail communication through Post letter couple of days later.
Basically, its all confusing !!

Hi NDVO/CIC will not update any address or email information until unless you send them a signed letter, just type a letter in word providing applicant details ( as after AOR 2 all communications are to Applicant) duly signed by applicant.

and after1-2 months apply notes to check if your contact information is updated.

Please start asking JohnMcCallum and JustineTrudeau on their Twitter page - When will the condition removal waiver on PR will be implemented
Its not just for me, its for each and every spouse who would be landing in Canada because many many landing spouses and harassed by their sponsors and they keep on suffering silently....
Its just that the removal of this condition saves the sponsored from all harassment...
its for all the sponsored people here....
Asking him on Twitter would build up the pressure, hopefully....
And for those all who are waiting, trust me this wait is nothing compared to the even bigger challeneges u will face in Canada - Job, Family front etc

My only take is early removal of this condition keeps the balance in a relationship..

Hi, Conditional PR doesn't give right to spouse to take advantage and abuse. There is a law to protect your rights, the only thing is we have to raise our voice against it. No one can take away your PR until unless you are guilty and if you check the conditions for PR then it protects you from abuse and neglect. Just read

Sponsored Spouse gets Conditional PR (i.e. for 2 year condition), its protects both partners from abuse and neglect. Read the following topic :-

How long it takes to get update from NDVO after SA and moving the file Out of Canada.

Does AOR2 comes to SA or PA ? email or mail.

AOR 2 is for applicant and it takes usually 2 weeks after AOR 1.

Hi, are you a citizen or PR,

1) in case you are citizen there is no need to inform CIC/NDVO till your baby is born. After baby's birth just goto nearest Canadian Consulate in India and apply Canadian citizenship certificate and passport. You will get passport in 15 days.

then send copies of baby's passport and your citizenship certificate copies to NDVO/CIC

2) If you are PR, update CIC/NDVO about pregnancy and after baby's birth you need to send CIC/NDVO the following :-

To add a family member to the application, you have to download, fill out, validate and print the following forms** from our website and send them to the Case Processing Centre (CPC) in Mississauga, Ontario:

A new Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking form (IMM 1344) completed by the sponsor,
(If the application is still at the CPC in Mississauga) A new Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) with supporting documents,

I got this email from CIC when I asked them how to update my new born baby information. I am citizen so i didn't follow this. I just sent them additional family information along with my baby's Canadian passport copy. ( My baby born in India )

I checked ECAS and it shows decision made today for us too. I checked MyCIC and it says background check is "in progress". Hopefully its a delay in processing. Cant wait for the passport request.
