Update from my side.
My application has been refused,
Received letter on GCkey account.
The reason of refusal are missing from the letter, i huess it's gonna be send to my husband.
I'm going to appeal.
It's a very very emotional time for me.

Sorry, I didn't get your question properly but I tried my best to answer.
you received interview letter (what is your interview date?) and now you are thinking they waived it? Did you receive any document or inquiry which tells you that your interview waived?

Or if you are concern about interview, in your case as much you discussed, if your marriage is genuine, I think you have to convince them that you didn't enter into this marriage just to get Canada PR, where they are seeing that you have already made two attempts to go to Canada and failed. This could be red flag on your application. There could be other red flags on your application that could be supporting this red flag instead of providing them convincing opposite answer. Therefore, you are in interview queue.

Hi Don't worry, My wife did her re-medical on March 19th, we are also waiting for next step. Just on Friday I noticed that BackGround check status changed to In Process.

As we are going to touch 19 months mark, in next 1-2 months it will be done. Just pray and keep patience.

Do you happen to know why a medical status would be changed from Passed to Not needed at this time even though your medical has already expired?
