In the email sent for remedical was mentioned to submit within 30 days. So I guessed the same. As they dint respond you still, why don't you produce remedical before they ask?

I just got an email from CIC for my linked application that my status has been changed.. when I checked " Back Ground Check" is marked as In Process from Not Started.

let's see how long it will take now.

I need assistance on one question. I am in process of applying for spouse. I came to Canada in 2013 and I attended program from new comer settlement organization. That program was funded by government as grant. Everyone received money during that program and I got paid 850/month for 3 month. On my 2013 tax return it shows as line no 145 as a social assistance payment. Currently I am working full-time with good job and bank balance. I never got any assistance from government except EI for 1.5 month. Does my 2013 situation make me ineligible to sponsor my spouse? Please help me on it.

I spoke to a lawyer before i apply, and he told me only you need to be out of social assistance before submit your application and until get approve from cic . As per my experience it will not bother your application now.

cic give priority to work permit couples only, rest of all treated same way!

Don't worry, Your file will be sitting at registry. CIC gets re-medical results in 2 days. and they will not update you.

Apply for notes or link your application and you can see Medical status there.

May 27 applicant did remedical June 24 waiting for ppr it's gone be 2month next week after remedical I don't know how much more time they want

I don't know may applicant nall New Delhi walia Di ki dushmani a ina Jada time i know so many ppl they got there visa after 2 week of remedical ajj ta off a visa office ch may be lets see kado milde a ppr

Update from my side.
My application has been refused,
Received letter on GCkey account.
The reason of refusal are missing from the letter, i huess it's gonna be send to my husband.
I'm going to appeal.
It's a very very emotional time for me.
