HI Everyone,

Currently I am In Canada. I want to visit my wife coz she has an Interview on 26th sept. Will my visit during the Interview affects my wife's application? I am resigning my job just to be with her during this difficult time. Leaving canada during processing affects our file? I welcome your suggestions...

I found out that it is going to be risky if you leave the country by resigning your job. If you want you can go on 3 weeks vacation but not more than that. There are some cases in the forum they had this issue.

Yes it will and this is ur right decision to be with your wife on that time and make sure you guys have same views about each other mean you bith knows each others

66 days after remedical. I got notes, I did MP enquiry, Notes and MP tell me All assessment is complete. I am getting worried. I dont know what to do. I dont know whats the next step.

Hopefully PPR should be in the next 6 weeks time.

I never received their email asking for additional documents as well. I asked my MP to contact NDVO and request them to resend the email to both my spouse and my email addresses. I also sent an email to the following addresses.

My only concern is the application getting closed since we didn't perform the re medical one month from June 23, 2016. Heard that re medical request is valid only for 1 month. I hope the MP or NDVO sends us another email.

In your case, was it past 1 month from their remmedical request date that you got to know about the remedical request from your MP? I fear them cancelling our PR application because it is already August and as per them we should have got an email on June 23rd. Please advice.
