NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

I am March 18 applicant and my case is approx almost 16 months

Still some of us from 2014 waiting and its been 20 months...we did MP enquiry 10 busines days ago, still no reply. We had an ADR and they accepted and register our documents on June 28, so i imagine we have to wait 2-3 months or i have no idea....to get the PPR...remedical and PC is there with them. This waiting is killing me peopleeee.

anyone know the current processing time ?
some people says now its changed from 19 months to 13 months is it true ?

It is still 19 months according to CIC website but most cases get processed within 12 months.

OMG! I can't believe my eyes.

eCAS shows "Decision Made" under PR Application Status section. I thought that CIC stopped updating eCAS as my SA doesn't reflect there even now. My wife received re-medical request on June 22 and did it on 23rd.

Now wait for the PPR begins! This is the best weekend in last 1 year ;D

I wish everyone speedy file processing.

No good news. Got this response from MP office.
" · The application was received at the Case Processing Centre in Mississauga (CPC-M), on May 8, 2015.
· The initial assessment to ensure your constituent meets the eligibility criteria and that the application has been finalized on July 6, 2015.
· The responsible office is currently reviewing the application and documents submitted to determine if your constituent’s spouse meet the eligibility requirements.
o the eligibility requirements assessment has been finalized on April 25, 2016.
· The medical examination results are on file and valid until June 1, 2017, for your constituent’s spouse.
· The criminality verifications have not yet been initiated.
· The current processing times indicated on the website are approximate and can vary with each individual case. "

Apply for notes first and then do MP inquiry. NDVO is already processing July end files so no point in waiting.

Was asked to submit PCC on may 26th and submitted it on June 9th. Yesterday as per MP inquiry, they reported that my applicant assesment was completed on 25th April. And only for my criminality check, they have re-opened my file on July 6th and I should be hearing from them in another 4-6 weeks period. Do they really need 4-6 weeks just to check a single Sheet of PCC ??

Dear All,

Finally after a long time similar to lot of you guys my wife has finally got DM status on her permanent residence application for Canada. I have following questions though:

1. Does CIC send email notification about the "decision made" status because we checked only on ecas system about this. Just wanted to confirm, it does send PPR request by email rite?
2. On ecas system, it says "decision made" on her PR application status but still "in process" on sponsorship application status. What does this mean? I was expecting "decision made" for both the application status.
3. When it says "decision made" it is usually positive news rite? (I hope it is good news).
4. How much time is generally taking for PPR after DM status for PR? I saw the spreadsheet and it is about approx 1 week but if anybody can confirm with any latest updates that would be really good.

Please let me know. I wish all of you guys who are awaiting PPR anxiously all the very best. May all of you guys get PPR soon.

Remedical request - June 14, 2016
Remedical completed - June 20, 2016
DM - July 6, 2016
