NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

hello, my application field date is 27 july 2015. my file transfer to local visa office on 28 september 2015. From the day applied my application status shows as in process. Today i just check even month of jan, feb, march 2016 appicants got visa. we have a 1 year old son too. But still i am getting any update or request from chc new delhi embessay. I live alone with my son its too hard for me to single take care of son . we both parents and child suffer.

my first medical was expired and they have requested me for doing the second medical but the question is that when i have visited my panel physcician for my second medical he told me that you have to do full medical not just chest -xay

1-can you please guide me what does it means??? is cic will ask me for the reassessment again or they will finalize it ???
2-what does the full medical means for the second time??

What does the letter say? Does it only say Chest X-ray - then it is Re-medical.
If the letter doesn't mention chest x-ray it means full medical.

u got dm on non working day and in non working hours , hw its possible or ur status changed couple of days before and u just checked thats why,,btw congrats yup canada is not so far now

MP enquiry is just waste of time. if u have followed ur timeline and remember all the dates of ur file, then u dont need to go to MP. they will tell u the exact same thing what ur status shows online. they r only gonna help out of way when there is something wrong or if ur processing wait time is over.. 11

They'll probably post in the next update that processing time has decreased dramatically. Positive thing is that we can then go and talk to MP since most of our files would have passed the average processing time threshold.

Don't worry about ECAS. As you saw one applicant couldn't even access his ECAS during the whole procedure and he got PPR!

I am April 30 applicant, no update either, no re-medical request. My last set of notes printed on April 14 shows nothing started.

Order your notes, it will tell you if they have touched your file or interview recommended or re-med sent.

Thank you Rambopg for your response, I have applied for notes 2 weeks back, waiting for the response.

There is nothing that we can do. It is very much unfair to us and our families.
All we can do is Be strong, this time shall pass.

Same here buddy I applied for my spouse on 25 may. Nothing yet. No remed. Medical exp in march end. So frustrated. Nothing yet one of frd applied on 13 may and one on 28 same as with those files too. No remed .
