Yes ur brother can go n submit....call ur nearest vfs centre n reconfirm.......u vil hv to gv him letter of authority to handover form n photos n collect ur passport ...

Incase of interview recommend u r advised to send additional documents on ur own as may be ur more evidence submission can convince them of thr query.....u may even submit letter frm each one of u explaining the red flag in detail if u r aware....seniors hv always asked to submit adr if v r recommended fr interview n as jaytanz mentioned....check ur notes thoroughly fr any comments regarding ur relationship or anything else which is mention.......go ahead n organise a nice package of adr n forward it...write ur file number n uci number on all the documents fr the visa officers convenience n courier it to ndvo....it will help visa officers in ur file 's decision making or ur interview will go really smooth as they would be already aware of ur present situation n ur visit.....do even send current call logs n chat logs to prove ongoing relationship....do make two copies of all the documents u r sending fr showing visa officer fr any futhr communication...if still u hv interview thn jus take interview as a step to this process n prepare urself properly..surely it vil take a little more tym thn other around ur submission date n its tough to hang inn bt surely it is not impossible.....hope fr the best n prepare fr the worst..god bless u

Hello everyone.. I am a silent reader of this forum. I applied on june 1st 2015. Medicals expired on 2nd may 2016. No remedical request yet. I did mp inquiry on friday found out that they haven't even started working on anything. Nothing on my application has started. Its very annoying the way they work. However we have no choice but to wait. I can't wait until i see my hubby. This immigration system needs to change. I am very happy for everyone getting ppr for the months of july, aug, sep. However its very unfair for june applicants. Does anyone have any idea once they start working on the application how long does it take to get ppr. I mean for me nothing has started its been 11 months which means my file is just there sitting on the desk. Noone has even touched it.

So no news for us today. Sad: (

Usually all e-mails for me were recieved before 12pm. So i am assuming that i won't receive anything today.

How do we know if medical was submitted from hospital?

When i called them, lady asked me when did i do my test, on which date? Then she was like all medical done on that date are forwarded and hungup on me. : (


I am also feeling for people who applied before me and still waiting. It is hard.. very very hard.

I had commented on the link given above and spoke about how unfair the government is and the processing of files has actually become slower than faster for most countries..theres only a handful of countries that they picked to process faster. Basically bashing the government. They published my comment this morning but I am guessing someone didn't want the govt bashing on there so this evening when I just checked, they have deleted my comment. Just to make themselves look good. So I don't think emails is going to make any difference either...they will just hear it from one ear and out the other. But it certainly doesnt hurt to try but I think all we can do is just be patient for now...nothing is in our hands really.

I did get a reply from the PM office
But my case had reached 19th month back then the email was also ccd by Pm office to mc callum
