Hi all

Thanx for giving updates.

I am 17 June applicant.
No update its really frustrating.

My questions are :-

1. Should I need to order Notes?
2. What is MP and how to apply there??

It's really hard luck and we all can understand how it feels but be strong ,remaining time will pass quickly ,looking at the current trend you can expect interview letter till October 2015.
Don't send them additional documents now because it is highly unlikely that it can overturn the decision for waving interview ,rather save all the proofs (pics,boarding passes,bookings )for your interview because visits after marriage play a vital role in approving application

In your notes ,in relationship summary ,can you see any points mentioned by VO ,I mean (Red Flags )which has lead your application to interview.

For India it still says 20 months ,May be application's which are submitted in last quarter of 2015 and later will be processed quickly ,it's almost a year and more for applications filled in April -May 2015.

Ya I notice one thing ,I know my husband since 2009 nd we both desided to get married 2012 but we got married 2015 because my parents was against .

Sorry was busy today.
Regarding the Biographic info on the notes, don't worry about it, it doesn't concern you. It is something internal that they haven't sent.

And actually i am 30 april applicant also waiting for re-medical. If the the notes says nothing started then we can't really do anything because it means they haven't opened our file.

One of the reasons could be because you sent them UPDATE without them requesting it. Usually, updating any thing to do with our file can add 3 months extra to processing (except email id/address/phone number update). I actually did similar thing, I sent them proof and photos of my recent trip to India and the reason I did that is because I'd rather delay my file for 3 months than to get Recommended for Interview (which is still a possibility lol).

I am not saying all ADR add 3 months. But usually it does. I have seen couple of cases where they look at the ADR right away and send re-medical/PPR.

Hi Guys,

I am Oct 8, 2015 applicant, I got additional document request yesterday.

They have asked me to submit Divorce Decree for the dissolution of my previous marriage.

As per my advocate the document that I already submitted is the Divorce Decree.

Please guys let me know how to communicate with CIC regarding this issue?

Do I submit the same document again or do I email them and ask them for more clarification as exactly what format of the document they are expecting from me?

idont think u done any thing wrong,m also thinking to do same ,why they are not touching june files,,my friend got visa today she is july applicant,any body any idea why they left only june month??????

One of my friend was telling me that if the principle applicant is in INDIA, they might get the re-medical/DM/PPR sooner than the people in Canada on TRV. Not sure if this is the reason why most of the pending May/June/July applicants are not getting re-medical/DM/PPR.

You did the best you could do.

I sent email today to MP for enquiry and John McCallum as well.

I know how it feels when u wait for your partner. It is a killer process.
