Hi guys

I apllied for gcm notes but i got this back can somone please help .. I want the notes for my husband pr status so the file in ndvo which one should i select?

· Your request contained contradicting information; you selected the permanent residence file (processed at the Visa office and where the principal applicant’s information is assessed) although the text entered may imply you wish to receive the sponsorship file (processed at CPC Mississauga and where the sponsor’s information is assessed). Please specify whether you wish to receive the sponsorship file or the permanent residence file.

For that you have to mention permanent residence file.

Any may or april applicant got PPR lately after remeds?

This is frustrating they way NDVO is working, so close yet so far been like 2 weeks since medicals were done

Either way congratulations to all Post July applicants who got their PPR's, applicants till July hang tight!!

Was really trying to stay calm before but now it breaks my heart to see how they can leave our files sitting and jump to the files which were applied months later
Our medicals are still valid
Had they picked up our files on time.... we would have gotten the visas by now
On 26th was my 1st anniversary and couldnt even celebrate with my partner
This feeling and wait is killing me seriously

23rd april applicant still waiting for any updates after 45 days of remedical done..

I think NDVO will leave no option for some of the forum members who got no update April /May to get red hot in Indian extreme summers this year ............

I'm thinking to go hill stations and enjoy time in India before we all move to busy life in Canada .........

I have contacted my MP and talked to her that no updates for June applicants. she is going to check with NDVO and asked me who else you are talking about.


I STRONGLY RECOMMEND JUNE/JULY/APRIL APPLICANTS TO DO THE MP inquiry. AS this is bullshit of NDVO. being unfair.

I agree with you.. we all June July May and April acclicants should MP inquiry to atleast know NDVO that this is pure crap and bullshit what they are doing

I am already in process of talking this issue to MP. I had a phone conversation followed up with email and now meeting in personal. He already told me that his office is going to do investigation on what's happening and will reply me back as soon as something comes to him.

This process is NOT at all acceptable and we should all raise voice against this to let those Minister know that member of public are aware of every BS they are doing.
This is totally unfair stupid process and we all are becoming victims of this. If they really want to make "REAL CHANGE" then do in a fair way that everybody is treated equally.

Please everybody who thinks this is injustice to us raise your voice, go talk to your MPs.

PS- I am not against any applicant who got update in Aug, Sept. My voice is just against this screwed up, unfair system
