You can apply there is no problem. But you have a decision made on your application so its better to wait for PPR because you have to submit passport to Ottawa and if you apply for USA visitor visa then you have to submit your passport over there also if it will approve.

Hi All,

I was wondering if someone can offer some advise here. My wife received the following email from NDVO:

"A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) for you bearing your original signature and date. Please ensure the form is complete in all respect. Personal History information and Addresses must be entered from the age of 18 years to date. Do not leave any gaps in time period/ information provided."

For personal history, she's been unemployed since 18. Do we still need to break it down month/year by month/year. Also, she did travel outside the country for 3 weeks. Does this need to be included in the personal history. This would be the only addition to Personal History besides what she already provided. Would including her travel now cause any issues?

Also, She has been living at the same address since she turned 18. For the travel she did, she doesn't remember the address of the place/hotel. What would be put?

Another question: She mistakenly wrote grade 9 for her grade instead of 8. Would changing this require any explanation?

Overall, does adding new information (i.e. information you never provided earlier) to the IMM5669 raise any issues?

Oh. Great.....so u got it....many congrats.. i know how much u were worried... now u do yur remed. But i was hoping tht when u get remd ...your first post would b full of excitment......ek baar edit kr k full anthsiasm se bolo.....omg i got remd today...cant beleive.....bla bla..........by d way...i told u so many time that you will here on first week of april....

I am new and let me share my story with you. I applied for spousal application in 30 december 2014 and recieved AOR and email from canada embassy mississauga that they have forwarded my application to new delhi. My husband recieved email for re medical and policecc in decdmber 2015. Now my husband got call from ND embbassy and they asked him his date of birth, travelling history, current and last job, etc. My husband asked them that how long will it take to get visa then the ND embassy interviewer told him " you didnt expect us to call you but we did and we cant tell how long will it take. Also i am going to update all ur info in the system now. I will hang up." Thats it. I would like to know if this happend to someone els too or its just my hubby and i would like to know if its a good news or not. By the way my husband lives in Afghanistan.

It'll take 2 weeks to 5 weeks after remedical to take DM or ppr,did u get full remedical request or just chest x Ray's?
 
Wats taking so long to proceed with MAY files. Seems like they have stopped from processing further...

No updates for any new May files except the two 1st May applications.

I am 2nd april applicant had remedical on 22 feb 2016.No correspondence thereafter.

People who did remedical got their ppr after 15 or 16 days.I don't know what is the issue.They don't understand our feelings.Today 1 year has passed since i filed my application.
