we r feb applicant...we didnt gt remedical request till now.medical expired.no interview.its so frustating

I have been following this form for 1 year as a silent reader.
At last I thought I would shed some light to u guys as it is frustrating.
BIG THANK YOU for positive repliers gives a lot of hope.
I did an MP inquiry and they said "security check has been started"
I am a March 18 applicant

Oct 9, 2015 IN PROCESS
No remeds
I applied for trv was rejected.
Should I apply for trv again or I have some positive note?

From the below discussion topic I have understood that they either send a re-med request and then start with the eligibility, criminality and security checks or will first do the checks and then based on your medical dates either extend it or ask it again..

What did your MP say about the other checks? If they are all done and only security is ongoing then I would say it is definitely a very positive sign and you should just wait for your status to change and PPR request.. Senior and more experienced members can shed more light on this.. but this is just my opinion

Our case is March 25th... med Expired on Feb 10 No updates yet....

but again nothing can be done.. just have to wait...

Hi ,

I want to raise TRV visa to visit my wife in Canada. I have few questions to clear before i raise the visa.

1. What is the success rate , probability of getting TRV Visa

2 The list of supporting documents / proofs i need to submit for raising TRV visa.

3. In how many days usually we get our passport back with the visa.

4. If i get remedical/ppr in future , would i able to complete that within canada or i have to travel to India again for that.

Please help.

Dear it depends on case to case...i got remdical after people who applied aftr me got there visa....take my case as example.....no worries.....mere saamne jab mere aage wale cases k ppr n visa aa rhae thae tab mujpe bhi esa hi beet rha tha...but matter of days...i got remd....so jst chill

thnks for encourage me to stay positive..but sometimes we cant control our emotions

well agreed ... Hun rai nyi hunda... Roz dekho... ke shayd ajj kujh awe... ajj kujh awe... but there are somany like us... they have yet to start May... hun ta chamatkaar hi hoje te direct PPR aje ise week
