NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

Hello guys

I need help regarding updating NDVO on my husband's 2 weeks visit to India for our anniversary. What documents are recommended to be sent to NDVO to update the file and which one of us is suppossed to send the documents in?

my friend applied on 27 may 2015, file was recieved on 29 may. they started processind on august 10 2015,

the ecas status say just file recieved on and processing datelines. there is no mention about medical resultshave been recieved. is it normal??? or should he consult cic about it

U shld avoid sending additional documents on ur own to ndvo as it delays the processing of ur file....u may only send when ndvo ask for any required documents.....though u may assemble all documents n keep it ready and forward only when askd for.....if required by ndvo ,applicant gets the additional document request...
Kindly add ur timeline to the spreadsheet....

Ecas are unreliable......so dont worry even if it is not showing in ecas as it is observed by many applicants.....for ur satisfaction u may order ur notes to knw details abt medical received or not.....

Hi Guys,

My wife is in new delhi so her application processing will be by NDVO so our status changed to In progress on 22nd Feb 2016 when should i expect DM or any call from them any time frame 3-4 months or more as i have noticed there are people who are getting in 40 days and also in 11months. Is there any location specific processing because i heard if u r from punjab side they will take more time.

All spousal applications frm India are mostly processed at Ndvo irrespective of their local address.....
As u r december 2015 applicant u shld expect something around oct-nov 2016 according to the current trend of ndvo as right now it is taking around 11-14 months fr straightforward case frm the date of submission of file to cic....if they speed up the process then it can be earlier than what i mentioned.....hope fr the best n keep praying....currently jan-april 2015 applicants r getting update frm ndvo visa office....
There is nothing like location specific processing...it is jus if the local address is in remote area so it takes abit more time fr checks compare to easily accessible location.....

Hi guys

I have been a silent spectator of this forum. But would like to share my time line. Yes I just got remed peeps. Super happy and excited. I really pray you all receive one soon. Also wanted to find out, when my wife does her remeds, should she be submitting anything to the embassy or would it be the medical practitioner. Also any docs that she should carry.

Regarding ur question.....
All that you need for re medicals is
1.passport and copies of passport
2.2 photographs
3.the e mail that's been send by medical immigration officer
4. The attachment (re assessment form) you can find them in the e-mail

U dont need to submit anything to the embassy...panel physician will do the needfull....

Kindly gv ur complete timeline.....whichever is applicable

Sponsor approval
Aor2
Additional document request
Remed
Interview
Dm
Ppr

hello
This is my first quote on this forum but i have been thoroughly following this forum everyday as a guest!! I want to ask is it normal for NDVO to not send remeds request even if the medical has expired ?? medical has expired 15 days ago and still havnt heard anything from ndvo medical was done on mod of feb last year

My timeline is
Appl received april 28 2015
Processing started june 26 2015
Medical results have been received

Yes surely it is normal ....dont worry....ndvo jus started with april 2015 applicants ....so u would get ur remeds soon.....

So i thought of updating them but I guess they probably have a way to know if the spouse has visited or not without having us to send in arrival/departure details. I think I will wait for NDVO to contact me in this case, if the need be.
