Hi..i did remedical on 4 april ..i called in hospital and confirmed tht they sent to ndvo..they said yes..so should i also send tge receipt c opy to ndvo or not.. ;D

Someone help me plzz..is thr anything harm to file..if we apply notes twice..actually my husband is coming on 29 of april to india..i got remedical on 1st april..but in notes shows nothing nothing started only elibilty passed..my partner recive notes in 20 days. So we think to apply notes...
