Can you please let me know the best way to finish re-medicals?

My wife is on TRV with me in Toronto. In the email from NDVO it says specifically to send results to INDIA. Is it something we can do it from Canada.

Does anyone have exp?

Did the Lawyer explain why you need to update your travel details with NDVO ? Are you a citizen ?

In any case hope for the best and I'm sure you will get there. Not sure why NDVO delayed it. Good luck buddy. Hope they speed up. Do an MP Enquiry too..

Thank you for your response. I contacted my local MP through email last month, but did not get any response. Now I think it is time to meet personally and explain the situation in detail.

Reason my lawyer asked to update: We went to Dubai for a short vacation (on visitor's visa) in December 2015 (when I visited her). We got immigration stamps on our passports (first on her's). My lawyer said that just in case you get an interview and have not notified NDVO about your trip, it might cause problem. We got overwhelmed and updated our files with all the travel info including pics. I still think it was the right thing to do, but not sure if this is the reason for the delay. :-[ :-[

Hey guys here are my details a little concerned as I have yet to here anything...any suggestions for next steps

We received application for permanent residence on February 18, 2015.
We started processing application on April 21, 2015.
Medical results have been received.

I have very identical update on my file as well. Just these three lines since months. I am January 26th applicant.

Did you get remedical request yet?

So in my case, it starts from May 15th, got it.

and I observed on the spreadsheet that most applicants got re-medical request.

I am more worried about marriage pictures, I do not have many pictures of my wedding. We didn't have enough time.and my wedding was a small ceremony. Mainly due to lack of time.

Hello Rick,

Once you receive your Notes, it will show all the pictures of your case. Hope you pass your eligibility.

Hello guys,

I am a new user on this forum. I am a June 2015 applicant; and my AOR1 is August 12, 2015. Currently my status shows 'In-Process'.

Some questions I'd appreciate help with:
1) I did my meds upfront and they expire this March!! Isn't it time they send for re-meds?

2) How do I fill in my timeline like a lot of y'll have done? (Am a newbie at this!) ???

3) I had a baby while the application was in process; that is, November 2015. I have informed CIC of this change. The baby is Canadian since the father is a Canadian citizen, so her entry is not a question at all. But will this change in family delay my application in any way?

4) My sponsor (hubby; Canadian citizen) was in India at the time we filled out and sent the application. (Thus, the addresses kept are our Indian ones.) However, he is leaving back to Canada this April, so is that something that should be changed in the files? If so, is there a link somewhere that I could use?

Hi.. kindly update this to the spreadsheet...
i received 'Decision made' on the ecas on 7th February 2016 and PPR on 9th Feb 2016.. Submitted the Passport on 15th Feb and got it back with visa on 18th Feb. Tickets booked for 1st March.

Hi Bubba bear....As u know I also got a new passport n also added my spouse name..n also sent a copy to NOVO n CIC both.... But I haven't done any Case enquiry.... How did u do it? Please help

as i observed that Case enquiry for ndvo is the fastest way to tell them anything u want to ,,so u should do it first ,, i know we can can send them documents through courier ,but why i send them just a photocopy of my passport when i can send them a clear scan of it ,, i did only case specific , and im sure they know about it and ihave proof of it ,,the mail i got , and do case enquiry for delhi , b coz there s another format also for CIC worldwide ,, so just do it for NDVO ,,, thats it ,

I did mine in Chief Mountain Alberta back in 2010 and then i took a friend with me who is a Canadian Citizen.She just drove us to first Canadian immigration Post and then they send us to the US side.Where they issued as a letter and US immigration asked her if she will enter the US and she declined but there were notes on her file on the US side about it.My suggestion to take your relative or friend with you who is a Canadian citizen.Hope this help's.

upload via case enquiry ,,thats i did ,, nothing else u can check it later in gcms notes ,, and u ll get the confirmation e mail from cic ,, but make sure to do it correctly ,, means to upload passport correctly ,,
