I have a question and hoping someone could help me....

I have applied to sponser my spouse in late 2015 after our legal marriage in India. I have received SA( Nov 2015) and confirmation( Dec 2015) that the file is transferred to the NDVO.

There have been no questions or communication from the NDVO after this point.

We recently( Feb 2016) had our marriage celebrated in the church in India with a big reception thereafter. I had noted that these events would take happen in my spousal application for the questions that focused on having a reception and the number of people that attended it. I have all the answers to those questions now.

My question is - do i proactively send this info to the NDVO( i.e reception pictures, church pics, # of people details) or wait for them to ask me about it? I am not sure what do i do. My fear is if the info i provided earlier enough? Please help.

Yes u can. And probably a better idea to do it now than later. Right now they haven't opened ur file so it's good to update it. Especially to make it easy for ur eligibility.
Will save u from interview (just in case he didn't believe the earlier proof)

Yep, perhaps send these along with a good cover letter and a copy of your old application questionnaire where you declared that these events will take place at a later time.

Yes, the re medical test must be done with the panel physicians mentioned in the CIC Website. Taking appointments or visiting directly depends on the hospital you opt for the test.

Yes u have to do it from the list provided on the website. Yes I did take an appointment for re-meds. In fact I did it from the same place I had done my upfront medicals last year.

The clinic sent me a mail regarding the documents I had to carry with me.
2 passport size pics
2 copies of passport
Original passport
Copy of the mail sent by NDVO
RE-assessment form (sent in d NDVO mail)
IMM 5419 form from the cic website.

Hope this helps. But you should confirm with your clinic when u call them.
