How much time will it take for your son to come to Canada ??? Will he directly get Canadian citizenship ??

Hi, yes, he is citizen (inheriting citizenship from me), the steps to bring him to Canada are:-

1) I have to apply for his citizenship certificate at Canadian Consulate in India.
2) Have to apply for his passport afterwards.

It take around a month. His citizenship certificate processing may take a year but we can apply for his limited validity passport ( 2 years) once we apply for citizenship.

Can he travel with you or does he have to wait for a year?? And will your wife's PR be affected by this?? Will it gain some speed or will it slow down ??

OMG. my wife just called me from India saying shes being approved for visa. She got a call from delhi immigration.She has to come to canada Before march 4th. She has to sent in her passport asap.No remedical is needed her orginal meds will expire on feb 19.Sooo happy and i just order the notes today..

Finally we got the remedical request from NDVO today. They requested:

Chest Xray (in DICOM / JPEG format) with report (in PDF)
Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419) (in PDF)
Duly completed Re-assessment Form (Attached herewith)

Will the doctor complete all of the above themselves and send it to NDVO? what should we bring with us to the doctor? What are the next steps. Thank you everyone.

Didn't I say you'd receive your remedical before the notes? Lol
