NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

OMG. my wife just called me from India saying shes being approved for visa. She got a call from delhi immigration.She has to come to canada Before march 4th. She has to sent in her passport asap.No remedical is needed her orginal meds will expire on feb 19.Sooo happy and i just order the notes today..

Can u let us knw whthr ndvo emailed u ppr or jus a phone call......phone call frm which number n at what time vil be helpfull for everyone to guide others in future....best wishess

What do you think NDVO processes the application on the monthly basis or they pick it for couple of months together ,I mean in December 2015 they were doing Jan/Feb/March ,however in the February, no April or May applicant has heard anything yet.

NDVO is unstable so to come to one conclusion is tough....coz in july2015-october 2015 they were jus doing sept-oct2014 files....4 months stuck on two months ...still few r left frm 2014....but surely they work on combine months as any two or three months applicants r seen getting updates...its rarely stuck with one month applicants.....thus the bottom line is NDVo is unpredictable n unreliable.......so we should hope fr the best.....and within few days april 2015 applicants shld hope to get some updates with all 2014 n 2015 jan-feb- march blacklogs......be positive ....surely soon everyones turn will come....

Very well anylyised , I was speaking to one of senior consultant from BC .According to him one visa officer gets 10 to 12 cases to work,after elegibility of PA is done ,the file is sent for BGC and security,while in this process VO has no influence on the time taken to get green signal from agencies,it might depends on location of PA as well , I mean in remote place BGC is little harder and takes longer as compared to other parts of the country.
Once they recieve the updated green signal ,they issue PPR.

i guess it also depends on the number of applicants in a particular month...........

I'm May 6th applicant
They started processing on 5th June and Transferred the file on 10th July
And asked me to pay the landing fees on 10th July with Medical however I did tat nd have send them everything on 1st Aug
I emailed them on Aug 18th stating dat where is my application now here is their reply from NDVO


This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

Please be advised that we are in receipt of requested information on your file.

This application is currently pending initial review, after which we will contact your ant directly to advise the outcome of the review and any next steps.

It's been 10 months the application is hanging with them
Now when can I apply notes any suggestion ?

The number from which i got call was +91 11 41782000 , i will suggest you to download true caller's if you got smartphone it will show you canada on call

Looks like a few Feb applicants have been waiting after the remeds. I feel it's now your turn to get PPR, along with April/May applicants.

BGC :Background Checks.
PA : Principle Applicant.
Might your BGC is pending mate ,once it's done you will certainly get PPR ,hopefully coming Monday or Tuesday.

As I mentioned ,while conducting BGC checks ,Visa officers have no influence over the time frame.It totally depends on the agency which is doing background checks on you.
Hopefully it finishes ASAP & you get Shiny Visa to board the flight to Canada

Are you guys not Canadian citizen? Why would you add your child if it is faster to apply for limited validity passport. Unless of course your not citizen then the only option is to add on child to your spouses pr application. congrats..

Any new addition in your family, you have to report to CIC or NDVO regardless of the citizenship. My wife and kid both are Canadian citizens but CIC advised us to send the birth certificate to NDVO to process my application.
