Hello m.sforever
It is really awesome news that ur interview is waived...congratzz to u fr the same......as visa office does not provide complete information to M.P .....and nowadays it is more likely that the reply frm M.P is not cent percent confirm....may be ur background check is in process n regarding criminality...till the last stage they mention it as not started or in progress but never passed fr that check, unless u get ur passport stamped......so surely u do not need to worry for what m.p said.....the perfect info regarding ur file which is more likely to be correct is to knw thru gcms notes......plz wait till the end of this month then order ur notes(that is the best thing to get review regarding ur file status) hopefully u may hear something by this month's end....i hope u get ur dm/ppr before that notes arrive.....as ur interview is waived so u need to keep close check regarding ur file coz many times they jus make decision n forget to infrm the applicant ......but surely wait fr this month n then apply....may be m.p's enquiry make some progress in ur file if really not started with anything.....so gv them few more days n apply fr notes,so that u may see the progress in ur notes wen u get it....
surely it is really hard time fr everyone but little more patience will pay u with the best....best wishes...god bless u 8)

Cheers :)

Hello Everyone
I am reading the forum and appreciate for all your efforts to keep it up to date.
My sister-in-law is in India and she is March 25 applicant. She got her remedial X-Ray request on Feb 03. She is 3 month pregnant and can't get her X-Ray done. My brother is visiting her in Indianowadays. Please suggest me what should we do. Should we wait for 6 months or Is there a way to get a extension on medical. Her medical expired on Feb 06 2016.

Thank you

without a valid medical a visa wont be issued
you can write to them via case specific inquiry explaining them the situation
hope that helps
Good Luck

Hi All,
Can anyone tell me the procedure for MP enquiry?

Hi All,
Can anyone tell me the procedure for MP enquiry?

Sometimes it takes 3 months after remedical to get PPR. Order your notes also. I will say stay patient, there are many people who have done Re-med in December and waiting for DM/PPR. How long have you been in Canada? If you have stayed more than 6 months then they will ask you for a Canadian PCC.

You can call the MP's office for an appointment. Or just email them asking to inquire.

regards,

Good Morning Everyone,

Need some help in getting answer for following questions:

a) Does Visitor Visa Application affects or delays the Spousal PR process in any way?
b) Can re-medicals be done in Canada? Do we have any panel physicians available in Toronto?
c) I am planning to apply visitor visa for my wife and currently she is not working. What proof or what info i should give to Canadian govt to prove that she has strong ties to go back? She has her parents and siblings living in India but apart from these info, what more info should be given to prove her strong ties back home.
d)Once a person receives the PR visa, within how many months he/she should travel to Canada? 1 year or 6 months?

Any help on above questions will be highly appreciated.

Following are my timelines:

Application Submitted: 2nd June 2015 & received by CIC on 4th June
Sponsorship Approved by CIC on 30th July 2015
NDVO office started processing the file from 10th Aug 2015
Location: Mumbai, India

The Principal Applicant (sponsored person) gets the AOR2.
The AOR2 email is sent after your file has been transferred to your visa office, which is about 2 months after CIC receives your application.
Delhiimmigration@international.gc.ca

My wife (sponsorer) got the email and letter from cic canada from said email address when file approved for sponsoring and they mentioned that they r transferring to ti delhi visa office.

but we haven't received any email communication after that from NDVO for any status.

Hi !!!

I have confusion about AOR. I have pasted my AOR below. During submission of my file, I have already submitted Fees Receipt and PCC of my wife to CIC. So, now i am confused should my wife send it to DELHI again ?

Dear _____________
We have received your application for permanent residence in Canada and have created a file with the file number indicated above. Please quote this file number in all future correspondence with our office.

In order to expedite the processing of your application, we are requesting that you provide the following as soon as possible:

· Proof of payment of your Right of Permanent Resident Fee (landing fee) to our office in Mississauga or by your sponsor in Canada, if not already paid. Note: dependent children are not required to pay the Right of Permanent Resident Fee.

· Submission of police clearance certificates for you and all dependent family members who are 18 years or older, for time spent in any country for a period of 6 months or more, if not already submitted. Note: If you or your family members were under 18 years of age (16 years of age in certain jurisdictions) for the entire time you lived in a particular country, you do not need to provide a police certificate for that country.

IF YOU ARE A NATIONAL OF AFGHANISTAN:

· All males aged 15 and above and all females aged 18 and above must complete supplementary information forms. You and your dependents must complete these forms whether or not they are accompanying you to Canada. Please write your file number on every page of the form. The form can be found at page 22 of the following link:
PLEASE RETURN A COPY OF THIS LETTER WITH THE REQUESTED DOCUMENTS. This request is not a guarantee of visa issuance. If any other documents have been requested you must also comply with that request. Failure to comply with the request may result in the refusal of your application.
NOTE: You MUST inform our office of any change in your mailing address, a change in your marital and/or family status, or other information relevant to your application. Due to our operational constraints we will not be able to acknowledge receipt of the new information, but it will be noted on your file. You may also visit our websites: should you require more information on the processing of your application.

Sincerely,
Immigration Section

Please someone help me regarding this matter as soon as possible.
Thanks.

Quick question.
So when I was asked for ADR they gave me a deadline which was and is February 17th 2016. So my question is do they wait until February 17th to check if I have sent them the Additional documents or do they check before that. Because I haven't received anything yet. I even email them with the tracking number and the persons name who signed and received my package
When I sent New Delhi.
Am worried because I forgot to write Immigration section on my package. But I did quote my husbands file # and UCI # on every document which I sent them.

Someone answer please!
