i am from new delhi, so got it done here only.......
 
Hi guys,

Completed my remedical today. I was so confused when I got there and the lady out there started asking me for some additional forms.. She wasn't mentioning what form she wanted and just kept using the word additional forms.. I was just carrying the document attached in the mail and copies of my PP.. Ultimately, I got all the tests done. They told me that they'd fill up the document on my behalf and mail it to CIC.

I'm just so nervous now. I hope nothing goes wrong. I think she was talking about IMM 5419 which I realised only after coming back home.

Is this form supposed to be taken by us? Do we have to sign in it or something?

you dont need to sign anywhere, its good if u carry that form. the re-med goes smoothly. but its ok dont worry they must have it in there system. if she said then she will mail it to cic........

I got that from the emedical receipt that the doctor gave to my spouse last year when she did her medical.

Does the line #3 on the online status disappear when the remedical request is sent to applicant?

Form what email ID did you received AOR2 with applicant UCI #? Do you mind sharing the email minus your personal info....Please

oh ok it must be same, that is usually same for all the applicants i guess....
will have to search the scanned copies.....
i dont know y ndvo sent me a remed, because my first medical was still valid for a month..
if they had sent ppr instead of remed, i would have been with my spouse by now.........
NDVO has strange workings..
in my notes it said medical: PASSED

anyways i am still waiting for ppr.........:)
 
can anybody assist regarding whether applicant receives email once status show in-process or any documents having UCI number of applicant?
