That's true it depends on the Visa officer but mostly if a guy has applied for a girl her process occurs faster comparing to the male principal applicant as per the thread I suppose

Congratulation Vika. we are happy for you.Tell your wife ''welcome in Canada''. just one queck Q. was her medical still valid or expired?

Quick question when I applied for my notes online they gave me a tracking number. How do I check online using my Tracking #?

You can not track your notes. you know they will be delivered in 30 days. that number is your reference in case you get any issue or if a follow up is needed. For example if you do not get your notes.you mention that number when you email them.

Hi AH2512,

Thank you for all the information. I plan to take a Visit Visa before marriage and then go to Canada to apply as Inland. I was not aware that OWP comes after 8-9 months. I have been following the forums and google spreadsheet , where people have mentioned of receiving OWP in 2-3 months from date of application. So we thought of going through Inland

Can you please tell me the average time taken as Outland Processing. On CIC's website it is mentioned 17 months. So is this on the higher side or actually it takes that long?

I am going to take help of those two forums whose links you shared.

Hey Roseakhil,

I am not aware of the current inland wait times, but if its 2-3 months then inland would make more sense. But I would suggest doing the pros and cons of both and then taking a decision. Right now outland is takind 11-14 months, But from my experience wait times keep changing.. When I was preparing to apply in 2014 - people were getting theirs in 8-10 months.. now its 11-14... so you never know!

Good Luck with everything and congratulations on your wedding :)

I applied for my spouse March 6th meds expired Jan 26th. Think I am the only one left out, no remeds nothing. So many ppl after me also got Remeds etc, I don't know what they are up to now, their priorities and work style don't make any sense.
