NEW DELHI - 2015 SPOUSAL VISA APPLICANTS

Hey Guys,

We have a DM on Jan 18 and they updated ECAS with a message saying, they have sent correspondence on Jan 18 and we were to send the required documents stated in the letter. However till date we have not received any letters from NDVO. My wife's address was updated in ECAS to my address here in Canada because she was visiting me in Canada last year. However she went back to India in Dec and I forgot to update her address online.

Now it seems that has played a major part in delaying our application. NDVO has very stupidly send a letter to us in Canada and probably used an ordinary mail to send it to us. We have no way of even knowing when it will arrive or if it will ever arrive.

I'm thinking of taking a chance and submitting passport, landing fee receipt and bio data to VFS to forward it to NDVO.

Does anyone has the bio data page that NDVO sends with passport request?

I received my re-medical request on 19th January 2016. The re-medical was done on 20th January 2016 and sent to CIC by the PP on 21st January 2016.
I am a March 11 2015 applicant.

Sabh nu visa mil hi jaana, as i think this is the best way to keep urself patience until passport received with visa, hor koi option v te nai hai, otherwise we all know we don t have any patience to wait ,we wanna move on right now hahahaha , the best thing about CIC is they don t interact with applicant easily ,nai te janta ne CIC wale pagal kar dene sii ,just think if we are working there ,no pressure at all from any outer influence .......but the negative point is wen we married to canadian then from that day each second is like a long time to meet partner ,Rabb na kare in this time period je kise de husband or wife nu kujh ho jaye then its tooooo bad for CIC , but its all in GOD s hands, ,we can t do anything ,,,, GOD ,Allah ,Waheguru, Bhagwan bless all

Here is our timeline

App received : 25th March, 2015
SA approved : 1st May, 2015
AOR 2: 2nd June, 2015
Meds : Nov 23rd, 2014
Remeds request : 25th Jan, 2016

My Wife is here with me in Canada on a TRV which will expire 31st May, 2016. So, I am planning to send our passport to Ottawa.
I've seen a sample PPR request saying Ottawa would need atleast 3 months to stamp the passport.

Wondering if anyone had any experience in sending their passport to Ottawa for stamping?!

Hi , my wife got re meds on 20 jan and she did Today 28 jan. Mike Please update on spread sheet.

do we need to send any re-meds docs to cic.

Hello every1, I have a question if any1 can help, yesterday my wife submitted her passport at VFS Jalandhar. Today she got msg that her passport has been forwarded to Canada visa Center in Chandigarh. Is this normal or it should have been sent to Delhi visa office?
Any1 submitted their passport at Jalandhar VFS before?
